Safe Environment online learning and ministry protocols

As we continue within the Archdiocese of Anchorage-Juneau to address the need for mitigation plans due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we also wanted to ensure we have protocols in place for needed online learning and online ministry.  It is important for the people of the Archdiocese of Anchorage-Juneau, to know that safeguards have been put in place to address these extraordinary times.  

The two protocols which were created beginning April 16, 2020 are
“Safe Environment Guidelines for Distance and Online Learning, in consultation with the Office of Catholic Schools” (PDF)  and  

“Safe Environment Guidelines for Online Ministry With Minors and Vulnerable Populations.” (PDF)

These protocols mirror the already existing Pastoral Policies of the Archdiocese reiterating standards of conduct, compliance and reporting abuse requirements.
